There is no shortage of balloon artists in the Tampa Bay area.
Unfortunately, many of them are the same.
In fact, there is a bay area company that TRAINS balloon artists to all be the same, then charges restaurants to use these youngsters, while the twisters themselves work just-for-tips.
One of the head trainers for that company left and started his own entertainment company. But although at least he PAYS “his” entertainers, it’s still just more of the same – him sending other people to entertain at parties while he bumps up the price to give himself a commission.
With all this sameness, it’s no wonder I (Tony the Balloon Guy) run into kids who ask for “the birds in the heart” or “the monkey in a tree,” like there are standard balloon sculptures instead of balloon twisters being true artists/entertainers!
I guess that’s why folks always seem so surprised when they see me at a party or event, and exclaim, “I’ve never seen anyone make balloons the way you do – and I’ve seen A LOT of balloon people!”
It doesn’t hurt that I usually have them saying this through laughter, either.
And if you also want a face painter, magic show, pony, fortune teller, or any combination of these, at a birthday party or other event, remember that ours is a FAMILY business, where the members of the family are the professional entertainers, so not only do we not charge a commission on each entertainment service, but we apply a DISCOUNT because you booked those services together!
