For a guy who lives in the Brooksville, Florida, area, I (Tony the Balloon Guy) sure seem to spend a lot of time working in Riverview, Florida, two counties away.
Now, Tampa, I can understand, or Orlando – those are big cities, so of course people would call from there.
But Riverview isn’t that big. Why Riverview, and not other smaller towns, like Safety Harbor, or Groveland, or Gulfport?
For whatever reason, I seem to be down there relatively often, for birthday parties, preschool parties, etc.
And yes, I did once do a birthday party at a house that had a beautiful view of a river in Riverview. Perhaps that’s where the name comes from?
I was back down there again today, doing a birthday party for a four-year-old girl and a few of her friends. They were a great little bunch. I knocked the birthday girl off a chair by blowing up a balloon at her, and I thought she would never stop laughing. It seemed like we were all ready to have a great time, and that’s just what we did!
Have a fun day!
